Does it not amaze you that small children, and even adults, can string together a number of words, without having ever heard these words in that precise sequence - with the result that this sequential 'string' may contain a never before conveyed idea or thought?
It is in that sense that language is, per se, an ongoing miracle, IMO.
Just listen to yourself, and be amazed at the 'gift' of language. I know, I know, some have it as a more pronounced 'gift' than others, but it remains a linguistic miracle, regardless the normal progression, or intricacy, of the sequential progression of the words.
We are "fearfully and wonderfully made".
